We do not provide site-specific engineering certifications or permit documentation. We are not liable for any structural failures, weather-related damage, or legal penalties resulting from improper installation, lack of foundation preparation, or failure to obtain necessary local authority approvals.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it isn't accepted until we confirm it, which requires us to receive and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we'll attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Returns and exchanges are handled solely under our Refund Policy. Purchases may not be made for unauthorized commercial resale or export without our prior written consent.
4. Prices and Billing

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Once a product is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Carports Factory Outlet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Any sales you make through our store are made directly with Carports Factory Outlet — Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these sales, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with us.
